AN ORDINANCE ESTAELigHiNG RENTAL
FEES FOR USE Off' THE JAPANESE OA bEN
AT WAT5ON PARK; PROVIDING INCLUSION
IN THE CODE; PROVIDING SEvERABILITy
CLAUSE; PROVI DI NG AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Japanese Garden at Watson Park is used
frequently throughout the year for weddings and other social
functions; and
WHEREAS, a certain amount of damage is always incurred
at these functions at Watson Park; and
WHEREAS in theestablishment of a rental fee, material
and labor costs can hopefully be defrayed to some extent
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following rental fees are hereby
established for the use of the Japanese Garden at Watson Park:
Parties up to 50 persons.
51 to 100 persons
Over 100 persons

Section 2. It is the intention of the City Commission,
and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance.
shall become and be made.a part of the. Code of the City of Miami,
Florida; that the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered
or relettered to accomplish such intention; and that the word
"ordinance" may bechanged to "section", "article", or other
appropriate word.
Section 3, If any section, subsection, sentence,
clause or provision of this Ordinance is held invalid, the
remainder of this Ordinance shall not be affected by such in-
validity,
