WHEREAS, fees for non-resident adults were omitted
for the rise of Henderson and Moore Parks tennis facilities
on Ordinance No. 8245; and
WHEREAS, court fees for non-resident adults are
needed to offset rising costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OP MIAMI,. FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 39-3 of the City of Miami Code
is hereby amended as follows:. 1/
39-3. Charges for Use of Henderson Park and
Moore Park Tennis Facilities.
Daytime Hours:
Students:
Adults
c$y Residents.
Non -Residents
Senior Citizens
Evening Hours:
50 per hour, per court
25 per hour, per person
75 per hour, per person
25 per hour, per court
Students: 50 per hour, per person
Adults:
City Residents 50 per hour, per person
Non-Residents$1.50 per hour, per person
Senior Citizens 50 per hour, per court
Section 2. It is the intention of the City
and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this
Commission,

shall become and be made a part of the Code of the City of
Miami, Florida; that the sections of this ordinance may be
renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; and that
the word "ordinance" tray be

REFERENCES:
ENCLOSURES::
Ordinance ii8245 established fees` for the use o: Henderson
and Moore Park tennis facilities. These fees have helped
offset the high cost of these operations.
Court fees for nonresident adults, Which were omitted
from the fee structure, are also necded,to help offset
rising costs.
It is now in order for the City Commission to authorize
an Ordinance amending Ordinance //5245 as follows:
Adult Court Fees: Non -Residents
Daytime Hours Evening Hours
75� per hour, per person $1. 50 per hour, per person
All applicable taxes are included in charges.
