THE REMAINING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING,
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS annual fees for lockers and annual permit
fees for adults are necessary to offset rising costs at Henderson
and. Moore Parks and
WHEREAS, these fees were not included in Ordinance
8245;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance 8245,Sec .39-3, of the Code of the City. o
Miami, entitled "Charges for use of Henderson Park and Moore
Facilities'; is amended as follows: 1/
Park Tennis
Annual permit fees - Lockers
Adults:
$10.00 yearly, standard locker; $20.00 large locker
2.00 monthly, standard locker; 4.00 large locker
.25 daily, standard locker; .50 large locker
Senior Citizens:
$10.00 yearly, standard locker; $20.00 large locker
2.00`monthly, standard locker; 4.00 large locker
.25 daily, standard locker; .50 large locker

Any taxes applicable to the above are Het included in such charges.

Section 3. It is the intention of the City CoMitiasion,
and it ia.her'eby ordained that the provisions of this ordinance
shall become and be made a part of the Code of the City of Miami,
Florida; that the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered
or relettered to accomplish such intention; and that the word
"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other
appropriate word.
Section 4. If any section, clause, or subsection shall
be declared unconstitutional, it shall not affect the remaining
provisions of the ordinance.
Section 5 The provisions of this ordinance shall
become effective on APRI 24, 197

Annual fees for lockers and adults, which were omitted from the fee
structure, are also needed to help offset rising costs
It is now in order for. the City Commission to authorize an Ordinance
amending Ordinance //8245 as follows:,
- Standard Lockers 10. 00 yearly 82. 00 monthly $ . 25. daily -
Large Lockers $20. 00 yearly .: $4. 00 monthly $ .50 daily
Adults - Annual Permit Fee
$25, 00 (Resident)
S.10, 00 (%on - re ident)
All applicable takes are included in charges.
