In reference to my Memorandum of March 3, 1975 and Motion No. 75-275,
passed March 25, 1975, please be informed that, due to difficulties
confronted by the 13 participating countries in attending on the
specified dates (July 11, 12, and 13, 1975), said dates should be
changed to July 18, 19 and 20, 1975.
