A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING THE
ACTION OF THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY
CLERK IN EXECUTING THE AGREEMENT FOR CON-
SULTANT SERVICES FOR THE AFRICAN SQUARE
PARK PROJECT WITH M. PAUL FRIEDBERG AND
ASSOCIATES.
' WHEREAS, on July 11, 1974, the City Commission by
Motion No. 74-604 selected the firm of M. Paul Friedberg
and Associates to provide consultant services for the African
Square Park Project; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement for said consultant services
has now been executed by the proper officials of the Consultant
Firm and the City of Miami;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action of the City Manager and the
City Clerk in executing the Agreement for Consultant Services
for the African Square Park Project with M. Paul Friedberg and
Associates be and the same is hereby confirmed and ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of March
1975.
