RESOLUTION NO. :75-297
A RESOLUTION DENYING THE CONDITIONAL USE
GRANTED TO THE MONTMARTRE RESTAURANT FOR THE
OPERATION OF A SUPPER CLUB ORIGINALLY GRANTED
BY THE CITY COMMISSION SUBJECT TO A SIX-MONTH
REVIEW.
WHEREAS, the Montmartre Restaurant has been unable
to comply with the terms of the zoning ordinance relating
to supper clubs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The conditional use originally granted
by the City Commission to the Montmartre Restaurant, for the
operation of a supper club, subject to a six-month review,
is hereby DENIED,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25 day of 9ARCH
1975.
