A RESOLUTION GRANTING FREE USE OF BAYFRONT
PARK AUDITORIUM FOR USE BY THE AREA WIDE
AGENCY ON AGING ON SUNDAY, MAY 25, 1975,
FOR A COUNTYWIDE SENIOR CITIZENS CELEBRA,
TION; SUBJECT TO ADVANCE PAYMENT FOR EVENT
PERSONNEL, INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS
BORNE BY THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Free use of Bayfront Park Auditorium
be, and is hereby, granted to THE AREA WIDE AGENCY ON AGING
on Sunday, May 25, 1975, for a County -wide Senior Citizens
celebration; subject to advance payment for event personnel,
insurance and other direct costs borne by the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this25 day of MARCH
1975.
