RESOLUTION NO. 75-273
A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE APPLICA-
TIONS SET FORTH HEREIN FOR THE REPLACE=
MEN'T AND TRANSFER OF CERTIFICATES OF
PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The applications for Replacement and Transfer
of Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity be, and they
are hereby, granted as follows:

Dear Mr, Andrews,
Please accept this letter as a request to appear before the City of
Miami Commission on Tuesday, March 25, 1975, the date of the semi-
annual taxicab hearing. We ask you to place on the agenda our
request for the repeal of resolution number 75-198.
We ask that the City of Miami Taxicab Detail be present with the
records of the following:
1. The number of applicants who have taken the Chauffeur's
examination during the year 1974.
2. The percentage of applicants who passed on the first
examination and succeeding examinations.
3. Any other facts and figures related to the Chauffeur's
examination.
In our opinion number 75-198 passed and adopted February 27, 1975 is
detrimental to both the industry and the riding public.
