HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-75-02713=10�75 MC:eb RESOLUTION NO. 75-271 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ESTABLISH A FEE OF m A MONTH FOR EACH DRY --LAND TRAILERED BOAT STORAGE SPACE AT THE MARINE STADIUM TO BE UTILIZED DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS SPECIFIED BY THE MARINE STADIUM; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS NECESSARY TO ASSURE THE COMPATIBLE OPERATION OF THE STORAGE AREA WITH OTHER USES OF THE MARINE STADIUM GROUNDS. WHEREAS, the dry -land boat storage area at the Marine Stadium will soon be open for public use; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Facilities recommends that a monthly fee of $30.00 be established for the use of each boat space; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to establish a fee of $30.00 a month for each dry -land trailered boat storage space at the Marine Stadium to be utilized during daylight hours specified by the Marine Stadium. Section 2.
