A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEBRUARY 3RD, 1975,
COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND FROM BRICKELL BAY
CLUB, AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID COVENANT IN THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
WHEREAS, the Brickell Bay Club requested permission
to construct and install an identification sign within the
public right-of-way abutting its property at 2333 Brickell
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, upon investigation the City found that the
installation in this location will in noway be detrimental
to the public; and
WHEREAS, the City agreed to permit this installation
provided that the owner enter into a Covenant guaranteeing that
it would remove the sign from within the public right-of-way
at its own cost and expense whenever requested by the City of
Miami; and
WHEREAS, a Covenant has been executed and delivered
by the Brickell Bay Club;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Covenant to Run with the Land from
Brickell Bay Club dated February 3rd, 1975, be and the same is
hereby accepted.
Section 2. The proper official of the City of Miami
be and he is hereby directed to record said Covenant in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

REFERENCES
ENCLOSURES.
The Brickell Bay Club requests permission to construct and install
an identification sign within the public right-of-way abutting its
property at 2333 Brickell Avenue.
Upon investigation, the City found that the installation in this loca-
tion will in no way be detrimental to the public. The City agreed to
permit this installation provided that the owner enter into a covenant
guaranteeing that it would remove the sign from within the public
right-of-way at its own cost and expense whenever requested by the
City of Miami.
Such a covenant has been executed and delivered by the Brickell Bay
Club to the City of Miami.
It is now in order for the City Commission to grant the aforesaid re-
quest.
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMENDS ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING THE FEBRUARY 3, 1975, COVENANT TO RUN WITH THE LAND FROM
THE BRICKELL BAY CLUB; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAID INSTRUMENT TN THE PUBLI3 RECORDS OF DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
