ORDINANCE NO: 8316 ADOPTED OCTO8ER 10,
1974, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION of $5 ►000.00 FOR THE
CITY'S 1974-75 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET To
COVER THE INCREASE IN BENEFIT PAYMENTS
FROM THE PENSION FUND PROVIDED'IN
ORDINANCE N0. 8318:T0 8t PAID TO THE
RETIREES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI: REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR
PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; CONTAINING
A SEVERABILITY PROVISION; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA::
Section 1. Appropriation Ordinance No. 8316
adopted October 10, 1974 be, and is hereby, amended to provide
for the additional appropriation of $55,000.00 for the
City' s 1974-75 Fiscal. Year Budget to cover the increase in
benefitpayments from the Pensions Fund provided in
Ordinance No. 8318 to be paid to the retirees of the City of
Miami.
Section 2. Should any part orprovision of this
ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the
ordinance as a whole.
Section 3. All ordinances, code sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith, insofar as they are in, conflict,
are, hereby repealed.
Section 4.
The provisions of this ordinance
