A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO REIMBURSE THE PEDIATRIC CARE CENTER
FOR THE FEE PAID FOR THE USE OF THE MIAMI BASE-
BALL STADIUM FOR A NON-PROFIT CONCERT ON FEBRUARY
7, 1975: SUBJECT TO PAYMENT FOR EVE Nr PERSONNEL,
INSURANCE AND OTHER DIRECT COSTS BORNE BY THE
CITY,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to notify the proper City Officials
to reimburse the Pediatric Care Center for the fee paid for
the use of the Miami Baseball Stadium for a non-profit
concert on February 7, 1975, subject to payment for event
personnel, insurance and other direct costs borne by the
City.
