HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-75-02312 3 4 5 6 7 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 MEA 2/25/75 RESOLUTION NO- 75-23 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE HIGHWAY RIGHT OF WAY DEED EXECUTED BY NATIONAL PARKINSON FOUNDATION ON JANUARY 20, 1975, CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR HIGHWAY WIDENING PORTIONS OF ITS PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF N:W. 15 STREET AND ALONG N.W, 9 AVENUE INCLUDED IN A RADIUS CORNER; AND DIRECTING THE PROPER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO RECORD SAME IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA. WHEREAS, in exchange for being granted a variance from a zoning ordinance, National Parkinson Foundation had agreed to dedicate to the City of Miami the south 5 feet of its property on N.W. 15 Street and a portion of its property along N.W. 9 Avenue included in a radius corner, which the City needs to bring the street to its fully zoned width; and WHEREAS, National Parkinson Foundation has executed and delivered to the City of Miami a Highway Right of Way Deed for the required land dedications; and WHEREAS, it is now in order for the City Commission to accept the aforesaid Right of Way Deed and to have it recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Highway Right of Way Deed executed by National Parkinson Foundation on January 20, 1975, for the south 5 feet of its property on the north side of N.W. 15 Street and a portion of its property along N.W. 9 Avenue included in a radius corner be, and the same is hereby accepted. Section 2.
