RESOLUTION NO 4,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF DrM4P4 CORPORATION FOR THE S.W, 27
AVENUE PAVING PROJECT = 1974 AT A TOTAL
COST OF $46,929.05 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL
PAYMENT OF $9,742.18.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated November 13,
1974 between the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends
that the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work of D.M.P. Corporation
for the S.W. 27 AVENUE PAVING PROJECT - 1974 be, and is hereby,
accepted at a total cost of $46,929.05.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized to make a final payment of
$9,742.18 for all work performed and all materials furnished
in connection with the S.W. 27 AVENUE PAVING PROJECT - 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of MARCH , 1975.

ENCLOSURES.
D.M.P. Corporation has completed the con:;t;ruction of
approximately 850 lineal feet of street in the area
of S.W. 27 Avenue between Day Avenue and 400 feet +
south. -
It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after all
conditions are met. The construction was completed
for V16,929.05, which was within the contract amount,
and it was completed on time.
I'HF DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS RECOMMEND: THE ADOPTION
OF THE ATTACHED RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETEID WORK
AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $0)7142.18 TO D.M.P.
