RESOLUTION NO. 75-228
A RESOLUTION ORDERING WEST GRAPELAND
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR,,5387..,S
line sewer) AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY
AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE
MADE ?OR A PORTION OP THE COST THEREOF AS
WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT SR,-5387 S (sideline sewer).
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer improvement ident'
as WEST GRAPELAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 6-538
(sideline sewer) shall be made under the proV
Section 56 of the Charter of the Cit ended,
said IMPROVEMENT to consist of:
Laying an 8 inch or larger sary t or near the

WHEREAS, special assessments for a portion of the cost
