RESOLUTION NO, 75-226
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN ADDITIONAL SIX-MONTH
EXTENSION OF THE "CONDITIONAL USE'S (PLANNED
AREA DEVELOPMENT) TO BE LOCATED ON TRACTS 1 AND
Z, TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 896 "RIVER COVE" AT NORTH
RIVER DRIVE AND 17TH AVENUE, PURSUANT TO ORDIN-
ANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XXXI-1, ACCORDING TO PLANS
ON FILE, SUBJECT TO RELOCATION OF DRIVEWAY AND
DEDICATION OF RIGHT OF WAY ON NORTH RIVER DRIVE,
ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRAFFIC
AND TRANSPORTATION RECOMMENDATION; ZONED C-4
(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) AND W-I (WATERFRONT INDUS-
TRIAL), PROPOSED TO BE REZONED R-4 (MEDIUM
DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Miami City Commission by Resolution No.
74-128, granted a petition for this Planned Area Development on
February 28, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the Miami City Commission, by Resolution No.
74-1024, passed and adopted on the 12th day of September, 1974,
granted an additional six month extension for the "Conditional
Use" as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested an additional
six month extension of the "Conditional Use" as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An additional six month extension of
"Conditional Use" (Planned Area Development) to be located on
Tracts 1 and 2, Tentative Plat No. 896 "RIVER COVE" at North
River Drive and 17th Avenue, pursuant to Ordinance No. 6871,
ARTICLE XXXI-1, ACCORDING TO Plans on File, subject to relocation
of driveway and dedication of Right of Way on North River Drive,
all in accordance with the Department of Traffic and Transpor-
tation recommendation; zoned C-4 (General Commerical) and W-1
iWaterfront Industrial), proposed to be rezoned R-4 (Medium
Density Multiple) District, be and the same is hereby granted,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of MARCH
1975,
