RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY HIGH-
WAY IMPROVEMENT H-4371 IN N.W. 51 TERRACE ALLEY
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-4371, AND REMOVING
ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT CERTI-
FIED HEREBY.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 12th day of March, 1975, pursuant to due legal notice
of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended,
to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the
preliminary assessment roll for the cost of N.W. 51 Terrace Alley
Highway Improvement H-4371 in N.W. 51 Terrace Alley Highway
Improvement District H-4371 on the following street:
Alley between N.W. 51 Terrace and N.W.
52 Street from N.W. 12 Avenue to N.W.
13 Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested
in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the
Commission and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects,
regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions
of the City Charter, as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as
apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for
N.W. 51 Terrace Alley Highway Improvement H-4371 in N.W. 51
Terrace Alley Highway Improvement District H-4371 be, and they
are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any
and all lots or parcels of ground described therein,

Section 2. That the sums and amounts assessed
against each of the lots or parcels of ground in said
preliminary assessment roll are less than the amount that each
of the said lots or parcels of ground is especially benefited
by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion
to the special benefits that the property received.
Section 3. That the total assessable cost of said N.W.
51 Terrace Alley Highway Improvement H-4371 in N.W. 51 Terrace
Alley Highway Improvement District H-4371 in the amount of
$2,510.02 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed.
Section 4. That any pending lien in N.W. 51 Terrace
Alley Highway Improvement District H-4371 for highway improvements
not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not
certified hereby be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and
removed.
