Perez-Pendas, to me wellgknown, who being duly sworn deposes
and says that he is Advertising Manager of Diario las Americas,
newspaper of general circulation, published daily except

RAPID TRANSIT PLAN
All interested persons will take notice that public hearings will.
he held by the City Conumssion of Miami. Florida at the times and
places set forth below for the purpose of considering the Metro-
politan Dade County I ransit Improvement Program. which is a
proposed 61 •nule core system of grade separated rapid transit
facilities. and additional collector-leeder-distributor transit services
costing 1 3 billion dollars, to be constructed during 1977-1983.

Ihis pioiect is of paramount importance to Me City of Miami
because appioxnnately 2/ miles of the 61 mile core rapid transit
system will be generally located within the City. and it will require
the taking of approximately 3.434 housing units and 997 business
establishments toi the construction of this 61 mile project. All
citizens are mulled aria urged to attend these public hearings to
become informed and express their comments on the proposed
rapid tianSil route ahgnmenis and station Iocations.
