RESOLUTION NO. 75-210
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
INTER-AMERICAN CENTER AUTHORITY AND
OTHER INVOLVED PARTIES TO REESTABLISH
THE CITY OF MIAMI'S FIRST LIEN ON
I NTERAMA .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager and the City Attorney
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to enter
into an Agreement with the Inter -American Center Authority
and other involved parties to reestablish the City of Miami's
first lien on Interama.
