A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
TO NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH DR, STANLEY DUNN, ASSOCIATE
PROFESSOR OF OCEAN ENGINEERING, FLORIDA
ATLANTIC UNIVERSITY, TO IMPLEMENT A
NOISE ABATEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OP
MIAMI,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Manager of the City of
Miami is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and
enter into an agreement with Dr. Stanley Dunn, Associate
Professor of Ocean Engineering, Florida Atlantic University,
to implement a Noise Abatement Program for the City of Miami.
