RESOLUTION NO. 75-205
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING FOR A SIXTY (60) DAY
PERIOD, THE CONDITIONAL USE ORIGINALLY GRANTED
FOR A TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD TO THE "COMMODORES'
ROWING AND SAILING CLUB", ON LOT 4 AND OUTLOT 4,
BLOCK 2, POINT VIEW AMD (2-93), SUBJECT TO
PARKING LAYOUT AS APPROVED BY PLANNING DEPART-
MENT, LOCATED AT 1402 SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE, IN
AN R-5 (HIGH DENSITY MULTIPLE) DISTRICT, SUBJECT'
TO DEDICATION OF NECESSARY RIGHT OF WAY FOR
STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, atter a two year trial period the Commission
finds that the "COMMODORES' ROWING AND SAILING CLUB" has not
adversely affected the public interest, welfare, and safety;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use originally granted
for a two (2) year period to the "COMMODORES' ROWING AND
SAILING CLUB", on Lot 4 and Outlot 4, Block 2, POINT VIEW
AMD (2-93), subjectto parking layout as approved by Planning
Department, located at 1402 South Bayshore Drove, in an R-5
(High Density Multiple) District, subject to dedication of
necessary right of way for street purposes, be and the same
is nereby extended for a period of sixty (60) days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of FEBRUARY , 1975.
