RESOLUTION NO. 75-204
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT THE PROPER
OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI PROVIDE
PORTABLE SANITARY FACILITIES WHEN LARGE
GROUPS CONGREGATE IN NEARBY PUBLIC AREAS
WITH CITY PERMISSION; THE DETERMINATION
OF.THE FEE PAID FOR THE AFORESAID PORTABLE
SANITARY FACILITIES IS TO BE DETERMINED .
BY THE CITY MANAGER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby directed to provide portable sanitary facilities
when large groups congregate in nearby public areas with City
permission.
Section 2. The fee to be paid for aforesaid portable
sanitary facilities is to be determined by the City Manager.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of FEuRUARY , 1975.
