IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,900.00 FOR OVER- HEAD GAS INFRA -RED HEATERS FOR THE FIRE MAINTENANCE BUILDING ON N.W. 7 STREET AND 11TH AVENUE; ALLOCATING FUNDS PROM THE ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND UNALLOCATED FUNDS" FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT AND FOR PROJECT EXPENSE; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MIAMI FOR THE FIRE MAINTENANCE BUILDING HEATING 1975. WHEREAS, pursuant to Public Notice, bids were received February 11, 1975 to provide and install overhead gas infra -red heaters for the comfort of the work force in the Fire Maintenance Building on N.W. 7 Street and llth Avenue; and WHEREAS, three bids were received, and ARKO MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. submitted the most advantageous bid to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that ARKO MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC. bid in the amount of $11,900.00 be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED ncinAiltrititEX ITEM NO.
