HIGHWAY Construction of approximately 2.4 miles of
streets within the existing rights of ways varying
from 25 to 70 feet wide. Construction includes re-
building and reworking asphaltic pavement, concrete
curbs and/or gutters, inc:identalsidewalk, and
landscaping.
DRAINAGE - Construction of approximately 1900 feet
of 3 foot wide covered ditch and related structures
and 425 feet of 214" perforated aluminum French Drain
and related structures.
SANITARY - 1275 ± linear feet of 8" extra strength
v:i.trified clay pipe with the deepest cut being 13
foot. 160- linear feet of 6 inch extra heavy
cast iron soil pipe laterals.
4 Manholes
i3ids may be offered on any one or all of the following.
categories - IIIGII:!A:', DRAINAGE, and SANITARY. In order to offer
a TOTA1, BID, bids must be offered on all 3 categories.

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions
to Bidders and Specifications. Plans and Specifications may be
obtained from the Director, Department of Public Works, 3332
Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. Plans and Specifications are to
be returned in good order and unmarked within 30 days after bids have
been received.
A charge of $25.00 will be made for Plans and Specifications
not returned within the above noted 30 day period.

contain provisions for liquidated damages for failure to complete
work on time,

formality in any bids and may reject any or all bids, and
