Resolution #74-973 - Parking at
3405 Main Highway
Ft E:F _PFNCE.d
e4cLosuREz. Res, #74-973
Our inspections of the parking lot located at 3405 Main
Highway indicate that the terms of Resolution #74-793
have not been adhered to. The operators of the lot
have been served notice to comply with the restrictions
as part of the approved plan or effectively block off the
lot to prohibit parking.
FILE
Since the operators of the lot apparently do not intend
to comply, we recommend to the Commission that consideration
he given to rescind the ordinance at their next meeting of
February 12, 1975.
