Mr. Sigmund Zilber, of 1025 West Hagler Street has
requested permission to appear before the Miami City
Commission at its meeting on February 12, 1975.
He intends to discuss the possibility of changing the
Ordinance that requires a person to pass a geography
test as part of the process for taxi cab operator
applicants. Mr. Zilber has also requested that Ser-
geant Webb and Major Smith be present at the same time.
