1957, as amended, is hereby amended by repealing Subsection 3(a)
of Section 96 of said Chapter 2 and substituting a new 5ub ect.'
of Section 96 of Chapter 2 to read as follows:
(a) The Miami City Employees' Retire-
ment System Trust is an irrevocable trust
