THROUGH 40, CHARLES M. MUND S SUE (1-28)).
AND AND LOTS 1 THROUGH 7, E.W.F. STIRRUP SUE (1 12)
AND A SMALL UNPLATTED TRACT ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF THE_PROPERTY) LOCATED AT SOUTH-
EAST CORNER OF SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWM AND
DOUGLAS ROAD, FROM R=2 (TWO FAMILY)....
AND c-4'(GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO R=3
(Low DENSITY, MULTIPLE) AND By MAXING THE
.NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT

N0, 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION
IN ARTICLE III,, SECTION 2 THEREOF;
BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SEC-.
TIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND
'CONTAINING ASEVERABILITY PROVISION.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Zoning Board at its
meeting of December 2, 1974, item 7(a), following an adver-
tized hearing, adopted Resolution ZB 193-74'by a six to
one vote recommending a change of zoning classification
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable,in the best
interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and
its inhabitants to grant a change in zoning classification,
as hereinafter set. forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 6871, the Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the
same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classifica-
tion of Lots 1, 2,, and 30 through 40, Charles M. Mundy's
Sub (15•-29), and Lots l through 7, E.W,E. Stirrup Sub (1-12),

Section 2, That all laws or parts of laws in
conflict herewith,; be and the same are hereby repealed in-
sofar as they arein conflict.
Section 3. Ifany section, sentence, clause,
phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held
or declared to be unconstitutional,',
such holding or invalidity shall not
inoperative, or, void,,
affect the remaining
portions of this ordinance; and it shall be
have been
construed to
the intent of the Commission of the City of Miami
to pass this 'ordinance without such unconstitutional, invalid,
inoperative part therein;. and the remainder of this ordin-
ance, after the exclusion of such part or parts shall be
deemed and held to be valid as if such parts had not been.
included therein.
