The Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of January 8, 1975, Item #3, following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution #PAB 1-75 by a 7 to 0 vote Recommending an Amendment to Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE III, Section 2, to provide for certain changes and corrections on the Zoning District Maps and/or typographical errors in the text of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. They are mainly typographical errors. Mr. McManus: For information to the Members of the Planning Advisory Board, every year the Department goes through the various ordinances that have been passed by the City commission for the purposes of determining whether there have been typographical errors; whether there has been mis-numbering in the various ordinances: such things as underlined or not underlined. Preparatory to a recommendation to the City Commission, of course, that this correction ordinance be also passed by them. Then the correction ordinance is used to print additional pages as addenda to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance which will be printed approximately in March for distribution. So basically, this is a housekeeping item. It is occurring January of every year. The ordinance does not change anything: any one of your recommendations. It sort of cleans up some of the typing. Are there any questions? Mra. Alexander: Mme. Chairman, is a motion in order? Mrs. Rockefeller: A motion is in order if there are no questions by Members of the Board. Are there any questions? A motion is in order, Mra. Alexander.
