A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE 18-MONTH TIME LIMIT
FOR RE -APPLICATION FOR REZONING OF LOTS 1
THROUGH 6, BLOCK 1, LEJEUNE GARDEN ESTATES;
PROPERTY LOCATED AT NORTHEAST CORNER, N. W.
42ND COURT AND N. W. 14TH STREET, ZONED R-2
(2-FAMILY) DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Article 30, Section 15, of the City of
Miami Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, No. 6871, provides
that the City Commission may waive certain time limits
otherwise required for re -application for a change of zoning
when the Commission .deems that such action is necessary to
prevent injustice; 'TOCU,MENTiTr-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMM-iSS1ON_.�"V
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the 18-month time limit for
re -application for rezoning of Lots 1 through 6, Block 1,
LeJeune Garden Estates, property located at Northeast Corner,
N.W. 42nd Court and N. W. 14th Street, Zoned R-2 (2-Family)
District, be and the same is hereby waived.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12 DAY OF FEBRUARY
1975.
