RESOLUTION NO. 75=41
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING GERALD A. LEWIS
AND THOMAS C, WASMUTH AS BOARD MEMBERS
OF THE DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. GERALD A. LEWIS be, and he is hereby,
appointed to serve as Board Member of the DOWNTOWN DEVELOP-
MENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, effective January 9,
1975, for a four-year term.
Section 2. THOMAS C. WASMUTH be, and he is hereby,
appointed to serve as Board Member of the DOWNTOWN DEVELOP-
MENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, effective March 1,
1975 until June 30, 1978.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of FEBRUARY
1975.
