A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO INSTRUCT THE PROPER
CITY OFFICIALS TO SELECT A NEWSPAPER
OF GENERAL CIRCULATION IN MIAMI AND
DADE COUNTY'FOR THE PURPOSE OF PLACING
AN ADVERTISEMENT THEREIN FOR THE SALE
OF DELINQUENT SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT ASSESS-
MENT LIENS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI; FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager be, and he is here-
by authorized.and directed to instruct the proper City
Officials to select a newspaper of general circulation in
Miami and Dade County for the purpose of placing an
advertisement therein for the sale of delinquent Special
Improvement Assessment Liens.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12 day of FEBRUARY
1975.
