RESOLUTION No. 75426
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ANGEL H. AND IDA
TRETO FOR THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONCESSION
RIGHTS AT WEST END PARK, FOR A PERIOD OF
FOUR (4) YEARS COMMENCING ON Jan , ,yam,_ 1975
AND ENDING ON
December 31, 1978
WHEREAS, the City of Miami owns the recreation area known
as West End Park, located at S.W. 3rd Street and 60th Avenue,
Miami, Florida; and
WHEREAS, activities at the park warrant the operation of
a food and beverage concession to ensure the full enjoyment of
this facility by its patrons;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OCUMENT INDEX
ITEM NO -72-/-
Section 1. That the City Manager and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with
ANGEL H. and IDA TRETO for the food and beverage concession
rights at West End Park, for a period of four (4) years commenc-
ing on ..n ary_ 1.4 19/1 and ending on December 31. 1978
