A RESOLUTION GRANTING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION
OF THE VARIANCE GRANTED ON THE PROPERTY AT
1400 N.W. 36TH AVENUE BY ZONING BOARD
RESOLUTION No ZB 132-74.
WHEREAS, Article X0 I, Section 3 (2) of Ordinance
No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of
Miami, permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager,
with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension
of the variance granted on the property at 1400 N.W. 36th Avenue
by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 132-74 be, and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of FEBRUARY
1975.

Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE XXXI, Section 3 (2) , permits the City
Manager, subject to the approval of the City Commission, to
extend the effective period of a Variance for a period of time
not to exceed one year.
Luis Sanchez has requested that his Variance granted by
Resolution Z3 132-74, and which would normally expire on
February 9, 1975, be extended. It is suggested that this
matter be placed before the Commission on an early agenda.
We are requesting the Law Department, by copy of this memo,
to prepare a Resolution for the extension.
