A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO EUGENE J. ZEMBRZUS1I
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY, THE
SUM OF $100,00 IN FULL AND COMPLETE
SETTLEMENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF A
RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM ALL
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, Eugene J. Zembrzuski filed a claim against
the City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of
$100.00 on July 22, 1974, as the result of injuries
when the claimant fell on an allegedl�7 defective sidewalk
at or near N.E. 13th Terrace and Bayshore Drive, in the
City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, this claim has been investigated by the office
of the City Attorney and said office recommends that this
claim be settled for the sum of $100.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENT , INDEX

Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby
authorized to pay to Eugene J. Zembrzuski without the ad-
mission of liability, the sum of $100.00 in full and complete
settlement of all claims and demands against the City of
Miami, upon the execution of a release releas i.n-T the City
of Miami from all claims and demands.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12 day of FEBRUARY ,
1975.
