RESOLUTION NO, 75-115
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
FINANCE TO PAY TO JOSEPH SCALCO, JR
WITHOUT THE ADMISSION OF LIABILITY; THE
SUM OF $19.50 Ili FULL AND COMPLETE SETTLE-
MENT OF ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST
THE CITY OF MIAMI, UPON THE EXECUTION OF
A RELEASE RELEASING THE CITY OF MIAMI FROM
`ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS.
WHEREAS, Joseph Scalco, Jr. filed a claim against the
City of Miami for damage incurred in the amount of $19.50
for towinrt and storage charges when his 1970 BSA Victor
Special Motorcycle was erroneously impounded by a City
Police Officer on April 17, 1974; and
WHEREAS, .his claim has been investigated by the office
of the Cit. Attorney and said office recommends that this
claim be settled for the sum of $19.50.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENTDEx

Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby
authorized to pay to Joseph Scalco, Jr.. without the admission
of liabilit', the sum of $19.50 in full and complete settle-
ment of all claims and demands against the City of Miami,
upon the execution of a release releasin-t the City of Miami
from all claims and demands.
