RESOLUTION NO. 75-97..
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO PROCEED WITH NEGOTIATIONS FOR AN AGREE
MENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING PROPERTY
AND RELOCATING INDIVIDUALS TO COMPLETE THE
AFRICAN SQUARE PROJECT„
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the city manager be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the negotiations for
an agreement for the purpose of acquiring property and relocat-
ing individuals to eanplete the African Square Project.
