RESOLUTION NO, 75-9E
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI APPROVING THE RE -DESIGN
OF THE EXISTING RIGHT OF WAY AT THE
WESTERLY END OF MICANOPY AVENUE WITH
REFERENCE TO THE LOCATION OF DRIVEWAYS
TO GAIN ACCESS TO ABUTTING PROPERTIES
AND THE LANDSCAPE TREATMENT WITHIN THE
RIGHT OF. WAY ADJACENT TO THE DRIVEWAY
AREAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission approves the re -design
of the existing right of way at the westerly end of Micanopy
Avenue with reference to the location of driveways to gain
access to abutting properties and the landscape treatment within
the right of way adjacent to the driveway areas.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of JANUARY
1975.
