A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RENTAL FEE FOR
THE USE OF GULFSTREAM ROOM AT THE HAYFRONT
MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM ON SUNDAY, JULY 13,
1975 AND TUESDAY, 3ULY 15, 1975, FROM
7:00 TO 11:00 P.M., IN CONNECTION WITH
ACTIVITIES OF THE 13TH ANNUAL BOWLING
TOURNAMENT OF THE AMERICAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami is a co-sponsor of the
13TH ANNUAL BOWLING TOURNAMENT OF THE AMERICAS: and
WHEREAS, the tournament is the number one publicity
and promotional project of the Department of Publicity and
Tourism in South America and Central America,• and draws
representatives from more than a score of countries; and
WHEREAS, this event is a goodwill activity as well
as a sports event;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:. "DO C U I4� E INDEX
ITEM NO 1.-� "
Section 1. Rental fees for the use of Gulfstream
Room at the Bayfront Municipal Auditorium be, and are hereby,
waived for Sunday, July 13, 1975 and Tuesday, July 15, 1975,
from 7:00 to 11:00 P.M., in connection with activities of
the 13th Annual Bowling Tournament of the Americas.
