A RESOLUTION APPOINTING WILLIAM LANGER
TO THE COMMITTEE TO ASSIST Ek-OFFENDERS
RELEASED FROM PENAL INSTITUTIONS,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Committee to Assist Ex -offenders
In response to your January 9, 1975, mernora..ndum requesting that
Mr. William Langer be placed on the Agenda of January 23, 1975, the
following is provided,
A resolution is being prepared to appoint Mr. Langer as an additional
member of the Committee to Assist Ex -offenders.
As to the matter of the Committee using the Seal of the City of Miami,
the City Manager interposes no objection, inasmuch as the City
Commission has officially designated the Committee to Assist Ex -offenders
as an official City of Miami Committee.
