Andrews City Manager 017._ f?:74 Fit i'ciod for Day Care Centers On December 3, 1.974, Bids were received for furnishing food for three clay care centers from January 30, 1975, to September 30, 1975, Two Bids were received. Dietcraft, Inc., was the only Bidder meeting the specifications set by the City. The Bidder understands the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in Invitation to Bi.d No. 74-75-15, and has agreed to serve breakfast, lunch and two snacks per day, Monday through Friday. The Bidder understands that he wilt distribute the same among three (3) City -owned Day Care Centers beginning January 29, 1975, through June 30, 1975. The second Bidder did not meet the specifications as their breakfast menu did not comply with the State Food and Nutrition Service require- ments. It is recommended that the attached proposed resolution be adopted awarding the Bid to Dietcraft, Inc. cc: Honorable Maurice A. Ferre, Mayor Honorable J. L.
