RESOLUTION NO., 75-PF
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY ADiA-LITE ELECTRI C y INC. AT
A TOTAL COST OF $44,907.00, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE PROPER CITY OFFICIALS TO
MAKE A FINAL PAYMENT OF $6,723.27 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF KENNEDY PARK -,COMFORT
STATION - 1974.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated August 2,
1974 between the City of Miami and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc;
and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted and Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. has furnished the
required documents certifying that all bills for labor,
materials, etc., have been paid in full in connection with
the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works
recommends that the completed work be accepted at a total
cost of $44,907 and that a final payment of $6,723.27 be made
with the concurrence of the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: "DOCUMENL INDEX

Section 1. The completed work performed y Ad-A-
Lite Electric, Inc. for the construction of KENNEDY PARK -
COMFORT STATION - 1974 be, and is hereby,accepted at a total
cost of $44,907.00.

Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami be, and are hereby, authorized and directed to pay
Ad-A-Lite Electric, Inc. a balance of $6,723.27 as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with the KENNEDY PARK - COMFORT
STATION - 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23 day of JANUARY
1975.

It is now in order for the Commission to accept the
completed work and authorize final payment, after
all conditions are met. They construction was
completed for $44,907, which was within the contract
amount, and it was completed on time.
