Andrews City Manager The following is an up-to-date report on the Montmartre Restaurant and accessory parking lots. All conditions set forth in Resolution 74-215 have been met with the follow- ing exceptions: 1. 1753 Southwest 22nd Street - requires cleaning and repainting of parking space stripes. 2. 1790 Southwest 22nd Street - requires installation of bumper stops, construction of curbing, painting of stripes and additional landscaping to bring up to code. Notarized and recorded leases covering the accessory lots listed in Resolution 74-215 are on file in the Zoning Section of the Building Depart- ment. It has been called to the attention of the City of Miami that the Montmartre has been operating after hours in violation since the original Certificate of Use was never approved and Resolution 74-215 has expired. cc: Honorable Maurice A.
