1975: ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF $803311 FROIv THE
ACCOUNT ENTITLED "PUBLIC PARKS & RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
BOND FUND" TO COVER THE ESTIMATED CONTRACT COST;
ALLOCATING FROM; SAID ACCOUNT TIE AMOUNT OF $8,031 TO
COVER TILE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE; ALLOCATING FROM
SAID ACCOUNT THE AMOUNT OF $1,606 TO COVER THE COST
OF SUCH ITEfl3 AS ADVERTISING; TESTING LABORATORIES,
POSTAGE, ETC,) AND AUTHORIZING TILE CITY MANAGER TO
E;OECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRMS,

construction of PARKS - HARD SURFACE COURTS 1975; and

Concrete PlacinL Compan:r, Inc. for Item. I+, and 7A of Proposal, is the
lowest responsible bid an(1 recommends that a Contract be awarded to said

Section 1. That the January 6, 1915 bid of Concrete Placing
Company, Inc. in the estimated amount of .p80,311 for the project entitled
"PAR:f.2 - IIARD SURFACE COURTS - 1975," namely Items I1 and 7A of the Proposal,
based on lump ,Sin bid be, and the wine is hereby, accepted at the price
stated therein.
Section ;1. That the amount of firer), 311 be, and it is hereby,
allocated from the account entitled "Public Parks & Recreational Facilities
Fond fund" to cover the estimated cost of the Contract.
Section 3. That the amount of pc,031 be, and it is hereby, allocated
from the aforesaid account to cover the cost of Project Expense which includes
en;ineerin,;, surveys and inspection work performed by City Forces.
