A RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF WAIVER
OF DEVELOPMENT OF 6 OF 27 OFF-STREET
PARKING SPACES IN CONJUNCTION WITH 22,,UNIT
APARTMENT BUILDING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF N.W. 5TH AVENUE AND 34TH STREET, FOR A
PERIOD OF ONE YEAR; AND GRANTING AUTOMATIC
WAIVERS OF EXTENSION FOR ONE YEAR PERIODS
THEREAFTER UNLESS AT ANNUAL INSPECTION BY
THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT,THE DEPARTMENT
DIRECTOR REQUESTS ADDITIONAL REVIEW BY THE
CITY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The extension of waiver of development
of 6 of 27 Off -Street parking spaces in conjunction with 22-
unit apartment building at the southeast corner of N.W. 5th
Avenue and 34th Street, for a period of one year be, and the
same is hereby granted.
Section 2. Automatic waivers of extension for
one year periods thereafter, unless at annual inspection by
the Building Department, the Department Director requests
additional review by the City Commission, be, and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9 day of JANUARY
1975.
