Dear Mayor:
Every year on the weekend closest to the anniversary of the
birthday oF Jose Marti the Tequesta District offers the
Lincoln —Marti Camporee at the Robert King High Park. We
have been able to use the park in the past with no cost
but this year the park attendants require a $30.00 fee.
We would like to have the city of Miami Commission to waiver
this fee.
I have discussed this matter with your assistant, Mr. Frank Cubo
and he promised me all the help he possibly could.
At the same time, I would like to have the honor oF your
presence at our campfire. The date For this campfire is
on the night of January 25 as we always enjoy the presence
oF the Mayor oF the city.
Sincerely,
Marcos A. Fernandez
