A RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
THE ACTION OF THE CITY MANAGER IN EXECUT-
ING A CONTRACT WITH FOSTER ELECTRIC CO.,
INC. FOR THE MUNICIPAL JUSTICE BUILDING-
COMPUTER ROOM IMPROVEMENTS; AND ALLOCATING
THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $3,628 FROM THE
ACCOUNT ENTITLED "CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
FUND - UNALLOCATED FUNDS" FOR THE MUNICI-
PAL JUSTICE BUILDING COMPUTER ROOM IM-
PROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, bids were received December 20, 1974 for
the MUNICIPAL JUSTICE BUILDING - COMPUTER ROOM IMPROVEMENTS;
and
WHEREAS, the most advantageous bid,submitted by
FOSTER ELECTRIC CO., INC. ',,as in excess of funds already
allocated so it is necessary to allocate the additional amount
of $3,628; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for allocation from
the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated
Funds";
•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The action of the City Manager in
executing a contract with FOSTER ELECTRIC CO., INC. for the
Municipal Justice Building - Computer Room improvements be,
and is hereby, ratified and confirmed.
Section 2. The additional amount of $3,628 from
the account entitled "Capital Improvement Fund - Unallocated
Funds" be, and is hereby, allocated for the Municipal Justice
Building Computer Room improvements.
