A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
WASTE COLLECTION LICENSES TO UNITED
SANITATION SERVICES: NATHAN SAUNDERS ;
PORFIRIO HERNANDEZ, d/b/a P. H, WASTE
COLLECTION SERVICE; JUAN HERRERA: AND WASTE
DISPOSAL,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No: 7434 (May 26, 1966) as amended
by Ordinance No. 7551 (April 17, 1967) provides detailed require-
ments for the issuance of a City of Miami waste collection
license; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the following have applied
for such a license and have met, or stated under oath that
they will meet within the required period of time, the require-
ments of said ordinances:
1. United Sanitation Services, Division of Sanitas Service
2. Nathan Saunders
3. Porfirio Hernandez, d/b/a P. H. Waste Collection Service
4. Juan Herrera
5. Waste Disposal, Division of Sanitas Service Corp.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
"DOCUMENT INDEX

Section 1. The License Division, Finance Department,
City of Miami be, and is hereby, authorized to issue waste
collection licenses to:United Sanitation Services, Division of
Sanitas Service; Nathan Saunders; Porfirio Hernandez, d/b/a P. H.
Waste Collection Service; Juan Herrera; and Waste Disposal,
Division of Sanitas Service Corp.
