RESOLUTION NO.
75-24
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK PER-
FORMED BY BISCAYNE CONSTRUCTION, INC. AT A TOTAL
COST OF $7,971.00 AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF $797.10 FOR LUMMUS PARK - SHUFFLEBOARD COURT
RESURFACING - 1974.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated September 18,
1974 between the City of Miami and Biscayne Construction,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed
and Biscayne Construction, Inc. has furnished the required
documents certifying that all bills for labor, materials,
etc. have been paid in full in connection with the afore-
said contract; and J
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works recommends that
the completed work be accepted and final payment made to
the Contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by Biscayne
Construction, Inc. for LUMMUS PARK - SHUFFLEBOARD COURT RE-
SURFACING - 1974 at a total cost of $7,971.00 is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. The proper officials of The City of Miami
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to pay
Biscayne Construction, Inc. a balance of $797.10 as full
and final payment for all work performed and all materials
furnished in connection with the LUMMUS PARK - SHUFFLEBOARD
CITY COMMISSION
