OF THE VARIANCE GRANTED ON THE PROPERTY AT
3199 GRAND AVENUE BY ZONING BOARD RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Article XXXI, Section 3(2) of Ordinance
No, 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of
Miami, permits an extension of a variance by the City Manager,
with approval by the City Commission, for a period of one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The request for a one year extension
of the variance granted on the property at 3199 Grand Avenue
by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 113-74 be, and the same is
hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9 day of JANUARY
1974.

Grove Cinema, Inc., has requested that their Variance gran-aed
by Resolution ZB 113-74, and which would normally exibire on
Lanuelry 15, 1975, be extended. Ire is suggested that this
ratter be placed before the Commission on an early agenda.
We are requesting the Law Department, by copy of this memo,
to prepare a Resolution for the extension.
